Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE on all USA orders over $50. Orders less than $50 are a $3.95 flat rate.

International shipping is $9.95 for orders under $100, FREE for orders above $100.

We ship directly from our favorite international suppliers directly to your door, saving you money along the way. For that reason, shipping takes a bit longer.

Order processing takes 2-7 days.

Your order will then ship and we will email you your tracking number and send you notifications until it arrives at your door.

Orders Typically arrive less than 20 business days after order has been processed and shipped.

No Hassle Refund Policy

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We highly recommend that the customer send the order back to us insured and trackable through the shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags, and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered, or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft clean surface.

These items are not eligible for refund for hygienic reasons. Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks.

To submit an inquiry for a return, you can call via telephone at +1 720-778-3261 or email [email protected] and list the subject as RETURN. We will reply back shortly with return instructions.

All Returns will be examined and processed within approximately 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email from us when we've completed your return processing with your store credit amount and usage info.


To avoid disappointment, we advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange for and request a refund for your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving your return.


We firmly stand behind our products. We will replace your item if it has a manufacturing defect.

*We need a photo of the item to be replaced showing the defect in order or size to request a replacement. Please note, refunds are not given for any of these reasons. We will issue a reorder. We can also change Refunds to Store credit as we don't issue refunds on returned items, just store credit.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers are entitled to request order cancellation before shipping without giving any reason for doing so. In the case the item has shipped, the customer must receive the item and request an RMA. The deadline for canceling by RMA request for the Order is 14 days from the date on which the customer received the merchandise. To request a cancellation, the customer can either email us or call us to cancel the order.

Change of Mind Policy

In the case, the customer changes their mind before we were shipping the customer Order or after the customer have received order, the customer can contact us to request either a cancelation for unshipped items or the customer can request an RMA for the item the customer want to return.

Lost in Transit / USPS

Lenny Lemons will not send replacements for orders that were purchased with the wrong delivery address.

I didn't get all of my items.

Sometimes items are ready to ship before others. We ship them out as soon as they are packaged and addressed directly from our manufacturers. There is no additional cost for items that ship in different packages. We ask that you allow the 30 days before contacting customer service.
