We care carefully considering climate impact and are working with suppliers that make items to order.

Our average shipping time is 16 days.

Processing takes up to 5 days.  Your order will deliver to your door within 30 days (usually faster, see average shipping time above). We will send you emails to confirm order, shipping, and tracking info for your items.

Shipping Costs:

• USA, standard shipping
• Orders under $50 = $3.95
• Orders over $50 = free shipping

• International Shipping, Standard Shipping
• Orders under $100 = $9.95 flat rate
• Orders over $100 = free shipping

• Request of size, color, or address change must be done within 12 hours of order confirmation. Cancellation of orders are honored within 12 hours of the transaction.

We love HAPPY customers and firmly stand behind our products.  We will replace your item if there is any manufacturing defect (at no cost to you).

We need a photo of the item to be replaced showing the defect in order or size to request a replacement.  Please note, refunds are not given for any of these reasons.  We will issue a reorder.  Refunds will only be given when items are returned to us.

No Hassle Returns

• If you'd like to return your item(s), you may do so within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

• At this time we are unable to offer exchanges.  You may return your item and repurchase the correct size.

• Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return. 

• If your item is lost in transit we will try and help you track it down.  Please double check your address before submitting your order.  We won't be able to replace orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to entry.

Discounts cannot be combined.  One discount code will work at a time.   

Most items in Lenny Lemons are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle.

Exceptions are items with lace, bows, fur, or any delicate components. Those items are best hand washed.
