Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?  We are carefully considering climate issues and are working with suppliers that make items to order.

• USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 5 days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item, you'll receive an another email from us with tracking info.  Expected delivery to your door within 30 days max.

*Average delivery time is 15 days*

• International shipping:  Expect your order to arrive in 30 days.

• If you'd like to return your items, you may do so for a full refund minus shipping costs.  Our return policy is good for 30 days after the delivery date.  The customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
